Bloomberg Technoz, Jakarta - Indonesia, the world’s fourth most populous country with 280 million people, is at a pivotal stage of transformation. With 70% of its population in the productive age group, the nation holds a demographic advantage that offers a strategic chance to pursue high-value industries, sustain growth, and remain globally competitive.

To capture this opportunity, Indonesia has established Special Economic Zones (SEZs) as platforms to translate demographic strengths into long-term economic gains. The latest milestone is the official declaration of D-HUB SEZ in BSD City, a project set to reshape the country’s future across four critical sectors: healthcare, education, digital technology, and the creative economy.
